Milani "Gems" Nail Polish

Milani Gems is practically a dead ringer for Deborah Lippman "Happy Birthday" It's like confetti on my nails.  I love that is has so much texture.  I layed 3 coats of the Gems polish over WnW "How I Met Your Magenta" - I love how dense they are and I haven't lost a single sliver of glitter.
