Never mind that Vogue Special-Events Planner Sylvana Soto-Ward is living my life (I said the same of Desiree Rodgers when she was White House Social Secretary) she is also in the midst of planning one of the most anticipated social events of the year, The Costume Institute Gala. Working side by side with Anna Wintour and coordinating with this year's sponsor Gap, she certainly has her hands full.

How is it that the prime event planning positions go to those who have no background or experience in the profession? (That question is completely rhetorical). I am undeniably superb at planning luxurious experiential events and I NEED to be working with the like minded professionals. I digress.
